This recipe for this beautifully simple new soap has been designed by an experienced cosmetic chemist to boost it's ability to provide effective handwashing.

Soap is naturally antimicrobial - it is cleansing, by the physical action of washing and rinsing, thereby removing surface contamination, and it has surfactant properties that are chemically damaging to microbes.

ALL soaps exhibit these properties and are vital in terms of the increased hygiene requirements during the current outbreak of corona virus.

It makes sense, however, that the instant sanitising effect of soap can be enhanced by the further addition of ingredients, that stay on the skin, even after rinsing to provide additional protection between washing.

Our personal choice of additional antimicrobial agents is a combination of Lavender and Tea tree essential oils. So not only will your hands be left clean and soft, they will have the gentle scent of these refreshing oils as well.

As our bars are handmade in small batches with natural ingredients, the shape, size, scent, colour and appearance can vary slightly from bar to bar.

Please note that natural colours and scents may also fade over time.  When not in use, store in a cool, dark place and use within 6 months of purchase for best results.

Store your bars on a well-drained soap dish between uses and they will last a long time.

    If irritation occurs discontinue use.
